I have been hearing this for a few months now that February 17th is the start of the Chinese New Year. I am not Chinese, nor do I know very much about the Chinese zodiac, I do know that there is a message and symbolism we can all pull from and use in our everyday life. For me, and for what little I have read, horse energy brings a momentum, movement, and mental clarity. I am bringing movement into the coming year, not speed, but consistent momentum in the direction I want to go (much like the tortoise and the hare story). With this, I wanted to bring to my practice at Venya something for my clients who also want to see change and are willing to give it time for those results to take place.
